The Frothers had finally shaken the post Christmas slowdown to get some points on the board. Next up was the derby against Summer Blaze.

A unfamiliar lineup led the Frothers to misjudge what they were in for. The Blazers come out fast with some good pressing to put the Frothers under pressure. A cheap corner followed by a good delivery allowed the Blazers to take the lead early in the half.
